(Abstract)
The stent graft can be used for the treatment of coronary artery aneurysms, perforations, dissection and arteriovenous fistula. A 54-year-old man presented with progressively worsening chest pain for several months. A diagnostic coronary angiogram revealed critical stenosis with a huge aneurysmal sac (6.0×8.2 mm in size) in the proximal right coronary artery. We implanted two membrane covered stent grafts (3.0×16 mm, JoStent GraftMaster®, JoMed, Germany) without complication. No visible coronary aneurysm or residual stenosis was demonstrated after stent grafting. A two-month follow-up coronary angiogram showed patent stent grafted right coronary artery.
